This is an unexpected outcome of our way of teaching. Students get so absorbed in thinking,
experimenting and finding solutions that they shed their chronic fears, self doubts and anxieties
becoming self assured. We have dubbed this unexpected outcome Technotherapy™ and we are
urging mental health workers and health care providers to consider adding this therapeutic regimen
to their overall treatment plans.
What we are proposing is that the conventional form of psychotherapy be combined with
Technotherapy™ which together will not only reduce stress and anxiety but will also make
persons employable as well as capable of embarking on a healthier and prosperous future.
